We want you to be happy with your IGT Country Clothing order.

If you change your mind about a standard item purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Items that have been personalised or made specifically to your individual requirements may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

RETURN POSTAGE
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due back to the original payment method.
