SIZE GUIDE

Getting the right fit matters, so we’ve kept our sizing advice as simple as possible.

Because different IGT garments are made using different styles and fits, sizing can vary slightly from product to product.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
We recommend checking the individual product description before ordering, as some garments are designed to be more relaxed, oversized or fitted than others.

If you are between sizes, think about how you prefer your clothing to fit and whether you plan to layer underneath.

UNISEX GARMENTS
Many of our hoodies, quarter zips and rugby shirts are designed as unisex styles.

For a more relaxed fit, choose your usual size.
For a closer fit, you may prefer to size down depending on the garment.

WOMEN’S GARMENTS
Women’s-specific styles such as our gilets are shaped differently from our unisex range, so we recommend checking the measurements for that individual product.

CHILDREN’S GARMENTS
Children’s sizes are based on the sizing supplied by the garment manufacturer. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size to allow room for movement and growth.
